The Global One-Stop Service Center (GOSC) of the Office of International Affairs recruits the 9th cohort of the Yonsei Campus Harmony Supporters, aiming to realize the internationalization of education by building students' global competencies.

We warmly invite Yonsei students who want to experience campus globalization firsthand, communicate with outstanding international talents, share know-how on Yonsei and Korean life through social media content, and contribute to on-site work at the Global Lounge.

Project The 9th Yonsei Campus Harmony Supporters (Global One-Stop Service Center Student Supporters)
Eligibility

Enrolled Yonsei undergraduate students for Fall 2026 (both international and Korean)

* Scholarship eligibility (University Innovation Support Project): GPA of 1.4 or higher in the previous semester

* Not eligible: graduates, students who have completed all credits (수료생), students on military leave, students of the College of Medicine, College of Dentistry, College of Nursing, Yonsei Mirae Campus, and non-regular students, etc.

Selection Criteria Application form, nationality composition, language skills (English, Chinese, and other foreign languages), social media experience, card news and video content production experience, etc.

Activity Period Fall semester 2026
Preferred Applicants with related experience such as members of the international student association's media team, clubs affiliated with the Office of International Affairs, or other supporters' activities

 

 

 Activities

 

1. Planning and Producing Content to Support International Students

    a. Card News Team: Card news content production and Instagram account management (at least 30 card news posts per semester)

    b. Video Production Team: One video content produced per month and YouTube channel management (at least 3 videos and 5 YouTube Shorts per semester)

 

2. Support for Global Service Desk Operations

   a. Assistance in responding to services for international students

   b. Planning, support, and promotion of various events and programs

   c. Monitoring and feedback on difficulties faced by international students

   d. Production of notices and promotional content (e.g., card news, banners, posters, etc.)

 

 

 Benefits

 

Activity scholarships for content production and lounge work, Certificate of Completion upon completion of the program, and Leadership Development Mileage (separate application required)

 

1. Supporters Content Production Activity Scholarship

※ Content production activity scholarship payment period (September 1, 2026 – December 21, 2026, approximately 3.5 months)

 

2. On-campus Work Scholarship (at least 3 hours per week minimum, supporting Global Service Desk operations)

3. Certificate of Completion issued after the semester's activities are finished

 

4. Eligibility for Leadership Development Mileage (separate application required with the Leadership Center under the Office of Global Social Contribution)

  - 50 basic points, plus an additional 20 points for team leaders

  • Video Production Track: 1 thumbnail image for a YouTube Short or Reel + a 5-line core production plan

    - File format: JPG, PNG, or PDF

    - Recommended thumbnail size: vertical 1080 x 1920 px (9:16 ratio)

    - Production plan format: hwp, pdf, or docx (maximum 5 lines including line breaks, title excluded)

 Notes

 

   · Applicants must be enrolled for Fall 2026 (2nd semester) and may not receive on-campus work scholarships from more than one department/office simultaneously.
